By accessing and using to the Stall.sg(the "Site") on the World Wide Web, you are stating that you have read and understood these terms of use and service ("Terms"), and agree to be bound by them.


You agree to indemnify and hold SBB, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site's service, your use of the Site's service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOU, or your violation of any rights of another.


Certain services and content available for your use on the Site are provided by third parties. Your use of such services and content will be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the applicable third party service/content providers, and SBB will have no liability with regard to your use of such services and content.


The Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that SBB is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site and such links to External Sites do not constitute an endorsement by SBB of those sites and their content. SBB shall not be liable or responsible for any information, software, or links found at any other website, Internet location, or source of information, or for your use of such information.


Your correspondence or business dealings with, participation in promotions of, or purchase of goods and/or services from SBB's partners, advertisers or sponsors found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such partner(s), advertiser(s) or sponsor(s). SBB assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence, business dealing or promotion.


You expressly agree that use of SBB is at your sole risk. SBB is provided on an "as is" basis. SBB expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose and non-infringement with respect to SBB. SBB makes no warranty that the site will meet your requirements, or that SBB will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does SBB make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of SBB or as to the accuracy of reliability of any information obtained through SBB or that defects in SBB will be corrected. You understand and agree that any material and/or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of SBB is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or information. SBB makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through SBB or any transactions entered into through SBB. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from SBB or through SBB shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.


You understand that to the extent permitted under applicable law, in no event will or its officers, employees, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised or, knew of or should have known of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your (or anyone using your account) use of SBB.


Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that SBB may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of SBB's liability shall be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.


All content included on the Site including without limitation, text, software, photos, graphics, software, images, and the arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of SBB and/or its content licensors and protected under Singapore and international copyright laws. Certain of the names, logos, and other materials displayed in the Site constitute trademarks, tradenames, service marks or logos ("Marks") of SBB or other entities. You are not authorized to use any such Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with SBB or those other entities. Except as otherwise noted on the Site, you are hereby authorized to view, download, cache, copy, and print the Content solely for your personal use and not for resale or further distribution. Any other use, including the reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, display, or republication of the Content is strictly prohibited.


Customer agrees to pay for the service through the site. Fees paid for business listings and other products are not refundable and non transferable. No partial month refunds will be provided.


Constitute the entire agreement between you and SBB and govern your use of the Site's service, superseding any prior agreements between you and SBB. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The TOU and the relationship between you and SBB shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SBB agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong. The failure of SBB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOU remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOU must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the TOU are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
