Hi I'm looking for a small space in shop to rent to test new food concept.
Preferably an existing bakery or cafe or snack shop, with or without dine-in, preferably with walk-in customer.
Preferably in north of Singapore, namely Woodlands, Admiralty and Sembawang.
No heavy cooking, no exhaust required. However a small sink and electrical point is required.
Space for working table and light apparatus like a dough mixer or waffle or crepe machine.
Or a small NEA or AVA approved kitchen for light cooking with affordable rent, if available.
If GrabFood or FoodPanda available within the premise, would be preferred.
Looking at 1-2 mths rent to test concept.
